Self-build statistics
To help improve self- and custom-build opportunities, we will provide up-to-date information that may be of use to people interested. As well as providing the statistics below, we will also:
- send out an email when planning permission is granted for self-build and custom- build homes
- send an email annually for updates to the current register.
Statistics
All statistics are correct as of the end of 31 December 2022. Each year, we prepare a monitoring report. This reports progress on the Island Plan and the performance of policies and objectives within its development plan documents.
Number of people on register
