Island Plan Core Strategy

The Island Plan Core Strategy was adopted in 2012 and sets out the planning policy framework for the Isle of Wight up to 2027. In simple terms, it is the rules by which developments on the island must work to. There are also an Environmental Statement and Adoption Statement to go with the Core Strategy.
