Community Risk Register

The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Community Risk Register has been produced by the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Local Resilience Forum. The Risk Register covers all areas of potential risks to the communities within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

The register is accompanied by a Community Risk Register booklet.pdf (PDF, 32 pages, 10.64 MB) which provides more information on the top risks for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight:

  • pandemic
  • flooding (see the pages on Severe Weather for further guidance)
  • widespread electricity loss 
  • industrial accident
  • cold and snow
  • terrorism

The Community Risk Register booklet provides information on each risk, along with details of how the Local Resilience Forum Partners prepares to respond to the risk, how the public can prepare themselves and a case study relating to the each risk.
