Repaying debt

Payment in full can be made using any of the following options.

Online

  • Secure online payment. You will need to quote your Case ID number.
  • Online banking using the following bank details: Lloyds Bank, Account Number 14867260, Sort Code 30-80-12.

24 Hour Automated Telephone Payment

To make a payment using our automated telephone service call 03450450076. You will need to have your Enforcement case ID number to hand when making the payment.

Payment arrangements

​If you are unable to pay the amount in full you may be able to enter into a payment arrangement. Complete our online send a message to service form or call a customer advisor on 01983 823822  with your offer of repayment.
